David M. Richards

On Friday, October 13th, our beloved David M. Richards passed peacefully at the Veterans Home in Tilton NH at the age of 90. He spent the last months of his life where he wanted, sharing memories and making friends with fellow veterans.

David spent ten years stationed in England and Japan serving his country in the US Airforce. His experience in cryptographic maintenance led to his career in electronic sales, marketing, and management. He attended UNH and Lowell Technical College as support in his 29 years at Edison Industries. 

David, an avid reader of military and western novels, enjoyed a good story. He loved fixing old bicycles and donating to children unable to afford them. Other contributions to his community involved President of the Pembroke Historical Society and Chairman of the Pembroke Cemetery Commission.

Family members include Joanne, his deceased wife of 67 years, and his sons Robert, Jay, Mark, and daughter-in-law Lynn. His grandchildren include Amy, Curtis, Casey, Jillian, Nick, Jake, and Dominic.
