- David S. Tullis, 57, died unexpectedly Feb. 18, 2026. He was born Dec. 7, 1968, in Greenock, Scotland, to Letitia C. and David F. Tullis. He leaves behind his mother Letitia and step-father Al Rivard of Bedford, NH; his father David F. Tullis and step-mother Susan Tullis of Henniker, NH; his brother Christopher Tullis, nieces Mia and Ava Tullis and nephew Michael Tullis all of Wisconsin, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Private services will be for family only.
