Dean A. Scott Age: 63 of Epsom, NH died tragically in a single car accident in Concord, NH on Thursday, July 28, 2016
Dean was a graduate of Bishop Brady High and of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park New York. He was a Chef with a master's in cake decorating and his artistic abilities as a cake decorator and ice sculptor were well known in the culinary circles. He was the Executive Chef for his family's business, Royal Caterers of Pembroke, NH, and was currently employed by the State of NH in the food service field.
Dean also worked many summers as infield security at the NH International Speedway, as he was a NASCAR enthusiast. He later worked for Harts Turkey Farm Restaurant at the race track preparing the food for service to the track suites. He was a Harley man from way back but also enjoyed his vintage Corvettes. Dean was someone who lived life on his terms.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Paula (Eseltine) Scott and daughter Amanda White; his mother, Theresa Scott; two brothers, Neal and Tracy; and one sister, Denise Rogers; several nieces and nephews as well as many friends including his best friend Ron Colby.
He is predeceased by his father, Donald Scott.
There will be a private graveside service and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 6th from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Epsom Concord Elks in Route 28 South, Epsom, NH.
