Deborah was born on May 11, 1948, in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Raymond and Charlotte (Parsons) Allaby.

She was the beloved wife of William J. Hennessy with whom she celebrated 50 years of marriage last October.

While her children were young, she worked part-time as a seamstress at House of Concetta in Chelmsford and as a Clerk at the Littlefield Library in Tyngsboro.

She later worked as a Unit Secretary in various departments of Lowell General Hospital (Labor & Delivery with the babies was her favorite) and as a receptionist at John E. Boeing Co. in Chelmsford.

Deborah and her husband enjoyed their love for sports, music, and travel with season's tickets to the Patriots, Broadway musicals, Caribbean cruises and trips to several major league baseball parks with extended family and friends. They also traveled to Ireland, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Grand Canyon.

Deborah was a devoted mother to son, Michael Hennessy and his wife Wendy, daughter Tami Kirkpatrick and her husband Ken, and a loving Gram to Kaitlyn and Anna Hennessy and Finn Kirkpatrick, all of Hudson, NH.

Since 2012 Deborah and her husband spent their winters in North Port with their Florida family, sister-in-law Susan Parenteau, nephew Andrew Parenteau and his wife Breanna, of North Port, FL.

She is survived by her sister, Lynn (Allaby) Austin of Nashua, stepsister Susan Parenteau Hilberg of Rockport, and stepbrother Keith Parenteau and his wife Amy of Litchfield, NH.

Deborah is also survived by many loving family members, including nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many lifelong, adoring friends including James and Linda Palmer of Burlington, MA and Jeanne Dery of Fitzwilliam, NH.

She was also sister-in-law of the late Beverly (Hennessy) Sullivan, stepdaughter of the late Clare (Tuite) (Parenteau) Allaby, and stepsister of the late William Parenteau.
