Deborah Ann Medairos, 61, of Allenstown and formerly of Derry passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Deborah was born in Plymouth, MA December 10, 1954 to Richard and Ann (Bratti) Cannucci. She was raised in Massachusetts and relocated to Derry, NH in the early 1970s.
Deborah was a lifelong member of the VFW Ladies' Auxiliary Post 1617 in Derry and a member of the Disabled American Veterans â State of NH. She was passionate about making sure the veterans were well cared for and devoted a great deal of her time to various organizations benefitting our country's heroes. In her free time she enjoyed shopping and playing Bingo. Deborah was an incredibly strong-willed woman who was fiercely dedicated to her family.
In addition to her loving husband of 36 years, Steven Medairos Sr. and her parents, Richard and Ann Cannucci, Deborah is survived by her children, Christopher Ricci and wife, Kim of Jacksonville, FL, Dina Medairos and fiancée, Alain Fournier of Allenstown, Steven Medairos Jr. of Allenstown, and Stacy Hubbard and husband, Joseph of Middlesboro, KY; four grandchildren; her siblings, Donna Evirs and husband, George of NH, Joanne Perotta of Plymouth, MA, Brian Cannucci of Plymouth, MA, and Cheryl Bearce and husband, Ray of Halifax, MA; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother-in-law, Tony Perotta.
Family and friends are invited to gather Saturday, January 30th 9:00am-10:00am at The Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 10:00-11:00am in the Cremation Society chapel.
