Diana Elizabeth Joss died 12-1-2022

Diana was born 6-25-1939 in Quincy, Mass. to James E. Joss Sr. and Anna Elizabeth Joss. Diana was an only child in her immediate family, as well as extended family for 8 years. There was much interaction with grandparents, aunts and uncles, no cousins. The diverse family provided much loving attention and experiences. Her brother James E. Joss Jr. arrived, 2-4-1947 and passed away 3-22-2021. The family moved to New Jersey just before she entered Audubon High School. While there she threw a soft ball the farthest ever, a record lasting for years. Diana played first violin position, with the Allstate Orchestra of New Jersey during her last 2 years. Diana attended the College of New Jersey, during her career she attained a position of vice president in the international division of Johnson and Higgins, a brokerage firm which was the largest privately owned such firm in the world.  She traveled to 16 countries in Europe, South America and Israel, as well as traveling in 25 states in North America.

Diana is remembered, for her great love of family, music, people, her delightful personality, great humor, sharing laughter, fun, her competitive spirit and generosity. Diana is survived by her loving companion Billie Anne Gray and Diana’s loving family: Sister-In-law Karen, niece Kelley Longval, with 2 children Ty and Anna Longval, and her nephew James B. Joss. 

A celebration of life for Diana was done at Benchmark Senior Living, Nashua, NH 12-11-22. A graveside service is planned in Quincy, Mass. late spring, after the thaw. A celebration of life in NJ also is planned for late spring
