Diane Lu Breen-Wagner, 57, of 106 Valley Street, Lakeport died on November 21, 2001 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a brief illness. Diane was born on September 27, 1944 in Somerville, NJ the daughter of the Thomas and Lucille (Karlinski) Wuelfing. She graduated from Middlesex High School in Middlesex, NJ, Class of 1962. She also earned her Associate's Degree in Mental Health from the New Hampshire Technical Institute and her Bachelor's degree in Human Services from New Hampshire College. She retired after working 30 years for the State of New Hampshire, first at the Laconia State School and later as a counselor for the Department of Corrections. Family members include; one sister, Bonnie W. Epstein of Belmont; a niece, Hannah Breen Epstein, whom she called ''Auntie's Girl;'' and special aunts and cousins in New Jersey and Connecticut. She also leaves her lifelong friends, Bea Lachance-Emond, Donna and Ernie Vlk, and Mary Rich, as well as her loving cats Lizzie Lou, Cagney, Lacey, and Zippy.
