Donald P. Bluhm

Donald P. Bluhm 63, of Auburn died January 5, 2003 at Elliot Hospital. Donald was born on December 15, 1939 in Janesville, Wisconsin, son of the late Paul and Eugenia (Heon) Bluhm. He was a US Navy Veteran. In the early to mid 1980's he was the President of a local steel workers union in Chicago. He and his family moved to New Hampshire in 1985. He worked as a property manager for Equity Residential Properties based at the Wellington Hill Apartments in Manchester. Family members include; his wife of 43 years, Sharon (Vickers) Bluhm; two sons, Stephen Bluhm of Northfield, NH and Michael Bluhm of Denver, Colorado; two grandsons, and one granddaughter. He was predeceased by a son, David Bluhm. In his spare time, Donald enjoyed fishing and golfing. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11th at 4:00 PM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, an affiliate of Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Burial will take place in the spring at Long Meadow Cemetery in Auburn. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route 101, Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110.
