Donald E. Hughes

Donald E. Hughes age 76 of Raymond, NH and formally of Derry, NH, Parsonfield, ME and Boxford, MA, died December 8, 2007. Born in Medford MA, he graduated form Melrose High School. In 1955, he founded and operated the Weloset Corp in Boxford, MA. He was a licensed therapist, starting the Quitting Time Program at Hampstead Hospital, and was its director until his retirement in June 2001. He was married to Margaret Bishop of Stoneham, MA, until their divorce. They had three children Robert Hughes (deceased 1994), Donna Hughes of Surfside, N.C., Jennifer Eisenhower of Sanford, ME, and one granddaughter Andrea Eisenhower of Sanford, ME. Donald is survived by his constant companion, Marilyn Brown, of Raymond, N.H. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
