Donald J. Newton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Donald Joseph Newton Sr. After a lengthy battle, Donald passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, on December 15, 2022. He carried a tune everywhere he went. Don loved watching his kids squirm while he enjoyed black licorice, lima beans, and liver and onions. Don never met a stray cat he didn't try to bring home and care for. His work ethic was unmatched and instilled in his children.

For the last decade, Don was loved and cared for by his wonderful girlfriend, Lynne Maxwell. 

Donald is survived by his mother, Edith Rigoli, his former wife, Kathryn Newton, and their three children, Jennifer Croteau and her husband Jason, Donald Newton Jr and his fiance Brittney, Katherine Miranda and her husband Luis. Donald is very loved and deeply missed by his 8 grandchildren, Sophie, Madison, Cullen, April, Noella, Violet, Brooke, and Natalia. Rest in peace, dad. We love you and miss you.
