Doretta Dockham, 77, passed away on September 20, 2026, in Manchester, NH. Born on December 23, 1948, Doretta was known for her indomitable spirit and her motto, "I love you to the moon and back," which she lived by until the very end.

Doretta was a cherished member of the Manchester community, having owned and operated multiple salons before transitioning to office work as a Data Entry Analyst. Her final entrepreneurial venture, "Hair at Home," provided hair care services to the elderly, showcasing her enduring compassion and dedication to service.

A graduate of Dover Vocational High School in 1967, where she earned her cosmetology license, Doretta continued to enrich her skills and serve her community throughout her life. She found spiritual solace and community at One Church, where she worshiped for many years.

Doretta's hobbies included tending to her garden and spending time at the beach, but above all, she cherished moments with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sibling, Heidi Brown; children, Sarah and Natalie Dionne, and Adam Dockham; and grandchildren, AJ, Ilsa, Jayden, Azrael, Caitlyn Dionne, and Colin Morrissey. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Skip, Robert, and Gary Davis and Dana Brown.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 1, 2026 at One Church, 1308 Wellington Road, Manchester NH, from 5 PM-7 PM with a service at 6 PM.
