Doris Theresa (LaMontagne) Covey

Loving wife and mother, Doris T. Covey, age 60, of Allenstown, New Hampshire entered the arms of Jesus while in her home surrounded by loved ones on July 14, 2024.

Doris was predeceased by her mother, Theresa LaMontagne, and father, Arthur LaMontagne.

Doris was a wonderfully loving, caring, giving, sweet, thoughtful, soul who would give her time, money, and energy to help others in need.

She was known as a devoted woman of God, who's biggest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

She could often be found strolling through the nearest shopping center looking for the newest fashionable handbag or relaxing just about anywhere while crocheting her next blanket to gift someone.

Doris and Scott shared a dedicated 33 years of marriage together, where she stood by Scott's side while he joined the military in the fall of 1992. She was a devoted stay at home mother, who occasionally worked part time because of her strong work ethic.

That same work ethic brought her to work for Manchester Transit Authority for majority of her working years before leaving to provide child care for her adored grandchildren.

She is survived by husband, Scott Covey, of Allenstown, NH. Daughter, Crystal and husband Richard Longden Jr. of Allenstown, NH, daughter Heather and husband Rex Ryan, of Epsom, NH. Four grandchildren, Hunter, Lincoln, Charlotte, and Orion.

Doris was a deeply treasured lady who's absence will surely be missed.
