Doris Haines Winchester

Doris Haines Winchester Rindge, NH – Doris Haines Winchester, 77, of Greenfield, MA died peacefully July 1, 2004 at her summer camp in Rindge, NH. Born in Lowell, MA May 29, 1927, she was the daughter of Edward and Jean Haines. Her sisters, Margaret Quinney, Geraldine Haines, and her twin Dorothea Dabuliewicz all predeceased her. Raised in Chelmsford, MA, she graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1946 and Wilfred Academy in 1947. She lived in Lexington, MA for 23 years, then moved to Greenfield, MA where she lived for the last 18 years. She spent every summer at her beloved summer camp at Pool Pond in Rindge, NH. She was a homemaker and a waitress. She enjoyed family, music, card games, arts & crafts, refinishing furniture, sewing, knitting, reading, and piano. She is survived by her four children, Sandra Winchester of Rindge, NH; Susan Winchester of Visalia, CA; Scott Winchester of Buxton, ME; Dana Winchester of Rindge, NH; also her brother-in-law Joseph Dabuliewicz of Greenfield, MA; nephew John Dabuliewicz of Warner, NH; niece Christian Arnold of Jaffrey, NH; and nephew Stephen Quinney. Also two grand-nephews, Joshua Clifford and Benjamin Dabuliewicz, and one grand-niece, Rachel Dabuliewicz.
