Mrs. Dorothy Ann (Price) Senior Lowe, 78, of Portsmouth, NH died Wednesday March 21, 2007 at the Mark Wentworth Home in Portsmouth, NH. She was born on December 16, 1928 in Leonia, NJ the daughter of the late Jacques and Elsie (Rockwell) Price. She was a dedicated homemaker. Mrs. Lowe was predeceased by her husband Phillip Lowe. There are no services. Private urn burial will take place at Bethel Cemetery, Elmwood Section in Bethel, CT.
