Dorothy M. Robertson

After a long beautiful life lived with faith, gusto, humor, grace and tenacity, Dorothy passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the daughter of the late Florence M. Burke, and Richard Edward Burke, and the youngest of 7 children. She was the loving sister to brothers Edward Burke, Thomas Burke, and Joseph Burke, and the late Charles Burke. Her beautiful sisters include the late Marie Moore, and Bernadette Bishop.

Although an accomplished business owner for much of her life, her greatest pleasure and pride came from family, especially being mother to her loving, dedicated and caring daughter Cynthia (Cindi) Bussing, as well as to her kindhearted, fun-loving late son Jeffrey C. Robertson.

Her grandchildren, Wade Bussing, Kylie Bussing, Katerina Robertson, Braden Bussing, and Jeffrey (JT) Robertson were the great loves of her life, and they brought pure joy to her. Her love, guidance and humor has helped shape them into the wonderful young adults they are today.

All who knew her will look back fondly at how boldly, bravely, and with such spiritual faith she lived her entire life.
