DOUGLAS MEADE BALDWIN


WINDSOR, NH – Douglas Meade Baldwin of Windsor, NH, passed away peacefully on April 10th, 2016.

Doug was born on August 16th, 1954 at the Concord Hospital, a son of Meade E. and Martha (Yeaton) Baldwin. He graduated from Hillsboro-Deering High School.

Doug worked for the Monadnock Paper Mills in Bennington, Henniker Crushed Stone in Henniker, and later at Morse Sporting Goods of Hillsboro, with his nephew, Jim Morse. He was an avid sportsman and was a member of the Sons of American Legion and the Deering Fish and Game.

Doug is survived by his daughter, Brenda Baldwin and her companion, George Chicoine; his sister Bonita and her husband, Walter Morse; his uncle James Baldwin and his wife, Becky; his favorite cousin, Mary Francocur and her husband, Don; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

In addition to his parents, Doug was predeceased by his daughter, Janet Baldwin.

SERVICES – A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 24th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the American Legion Post #59, located at 538 West Main Street in Hillsboro, NH 03244.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to your local fire and rescue.
