Dyon Joseph Damas

Dyon Joseph Damas, age 40, passed April 3, 2023, at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. Born August 25th in Boston, MA. Son of Joseph Damas and Licene Denys. Husband of Nicholas Damas, married on March 8, 2010, in Nashua, NH. Survived by his sister, Gema Damas; nephews, Christian & Caleb Louis; brother, Richard Damas; godmother, Denise Denis; and goddaughter, Jasmine Denis.

Dyon attended Southern New Hampshire University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. An avid learner, Dyon spent time exploring many facets of life related to religion, philosophy, and politics. He also loved nature and the beauty it holds. Anyone fortunate enough to be in Dyon’s life knows that he was the kindest, most empathetic, and generous person. Dyon was the epitome of love, a gift he shared with everyone who crossed his path. He had a special way of making you feel comfortable, seen, accepted, and safe.

SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 4:00pm – 5:00pm at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104. A funeral home service will begin at 5:00PM. Family and friends are invited to attend.
