Edna Pearl Plummer

Edna P. Plummer, 90, of 5 Independence Drive, Dover died on January 21, 2001 at her home after a lengthy bout with cancer. Ms. Plummer was born on June 7, 1910 in Bangor, Maine, the daughter of the late Elmer and Rose (Morrill) Plummer. She was an Licensed Practical Nurse for Union Hospital in Lynn, MA for 34 years. She was a member of the Foxrun Mall Walkers Group in Newington for 18 years. Ms. Plummer was a seasoned traveler who has seen much of the world. Family members include: a very special friend and Godmother, Arline Malloy of Dover; five brothers, Elmer Plummer Jr. of Brewer, Maine, John Plummer of Bangor, ME, Carleton Plummer of Bangor, ME, Robert Plummer of Salt Lake City, Utah and Daniel Plummer of Vicaville, CA; five sisters, Florence Bernstein of San Diego, CA, Ida Reed of Bangor, ME, Rose Reed of Brewer, ME, Lena Taylor of Houston, TX and Winnifred Ouellette of Hartford, CT; many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service is planned for the spring in Dover with inurement to follow in Brewer, Maine.
