Edward R. St. Onge, 81, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on October 28th, surrounded by his loving family.
Edward was born on October 7, 1929, the son of Emil and Corinne (Demers) St. Onge, and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
A dedicated husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Edwardâs greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. Some of his happiest times were spent attending his childrenâs and grandchildrenâs sporting events and sharing meals with those he loved.
Edward is survived by his wife of 57 years, Edith (Pelletier) St. Onge; four sons, Daniel and his wife Lise of Manchester, Richard and his wife Melissa of Bedford, David and his wife Carole of Allenstown, and Michael and his wife Candace of Litchfield; one daughter, Susan Marois and her husband Daniel of Manchester; 7 grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Christopher, Shane, Nicholas, Griffin, and Tyler; and 4 great-grandkids, Caleb, Mackenzie, Samuel, and Adrien.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, October 31st from 4:00-6:00p.m. at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A Memorial Mass will take place Monday, November 1st at 10:00a.m. at the Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace Street in Manchester. A committal service will follow immediately at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road in Manchester.
