Edwin Nash

Edwin C. Nash died on November 20, 2005 at Riverside Rest Home. He was born August 20, 1952 in Portsmouth, NH, the son of Victor and Alice (Frost) Nash. Ed loved to cook and did so for many years at Pier II restaurant. Ed was an avid sports fan, he enjoyed coaching and refereeing basketball for Portsmouth Leagues. He is survived by his brother Victor Nash “Jr” of Massachusetts, sisters Helen Phillips of Wisconsin, Patricia Hodges and her husband Fred of Texas, and Laura Nash of Dover. Nieces, Tracy DiCicco and Melissa Hodges. Nephews, Christopher Therrien and Steven Hodges. Great Nephews, Joshua Slate, Rickey and Nicholas DiCicco. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Betty Therrien and nephew Kevin Therrien. The family would like to express thanks to the staff of Riverside Rest Home for the many years of caring for Ed. A Memorial Service will be held at Riverside Rest Home on November 28, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Steve Ridge of Heritage Baptist Church. Those who wish may make donations to the Riverside Rest Home Memorial Fund, 276 County Farm Road, Dover, NH 03820. Arrangements are by the Cremation Society of NH, Manchester, New Hampshire.
