Eleanor A. Wetmore

Eleanor A. Wetmore, 75, a former resident of North Chelmsford, Mass, died on Thursday September 9, 2004, after a brave battle with cancer. She was wife of the late Alvin F. Wetmore for 47 years. She was a 1947 graduate of Lowell High School, she worked at Fletcher’s Quarry for many years, and was an avid bingo player. She is survived by daughters Elaine McGeown of Chelmsford, MA, Donna Daly and husband Thomas of Westford, MA., sons Edward Wetmore and wife Christine of Salem, NH, Joseph Wetmore and wife Jennifer of Hudson, NH. She also leaves son-in-law Peter McGeown, 10 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society . Family and friends are welcome to attend an informal gathering at the Fletcher Club, 11 Brookside Rd. Westford, MA on Sunday Sept. 12 from 1-3pm. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
