At 9 am on October 5, 2020 our mom, grandma, great grandma, Emily Mary Kelsea (Case) earned her Angel wings and was met at the rainbow bridge by all her beloved animals. Emily was 84 when she passed away at The Elms Center in Milford, NH following a brief decline in health. She was born on February 3, 1936 in Goffstown, NH, the daughter to the late Ernest and Bernice May (Collins) Case. She was the youngest and final survivor of 9 children.

She was raised and educated in Milford, NH and lived there for a brief time until she settled in Goffstown, NH in 1970. She took care of her parents until their passing along with her mini farm. She worked at Hillsborough County Nursing Home before moving back to Milford in 1985 where she then worked for Crestwood Healthcare Center for 12 yrs until her retirement in 1997. She resided with her daughter and upon her retirement she took great pride in taking care of her grandchildren along with knitting many hats, mittens, sweaters and afghans which she donated most of them to Milford Share or NH Humane Society.

She was predeceased by her husband Myron H. Kelsea and her 5 sisters Ruth, Dorothy, Hazel, Mildred, Thelma and 3 brothers John, Eugene and Harold. She also predeceased by her first husband Roy E. Bailey, Sr.

She is survived by her 3 children Roy and Barbara (Penny) Bailey, James and Marcy (Lynch) Kelsea and Cheryl (Kelsea) and Eric Goldberg along with 8 grandchildren Russell, Amanda, Samuel Bailey and Ian, Tori Kelsea and Alexandria, Benjamin, Brian Goldberg and 2 great grandchildren. She also leaves her 2 cats Nemo and Cepheus.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to NH Humane Society or Milford Share or Compassus Living Foundation.

The family would like to thank The Elms Center in Milford NH staff for taking care of both Emily and Myron during their final years and would also like to thank Compassus Home Health and Hospice for being there during her last days.

Services are being held at Riverside Cemetery Milford NH at a later date.
