BOW - Diane Louise (Allard) Powell, 42, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association Hospice House. Diane was born in Conway, the daughter of John M. and Sally D. Allard, on July 4, 1965. She graduated from Plymouth State College in 1987 and has worked in the health insurance industry as a programming analyst. She enjoyed time spent with family and was quick to lend support when family and friends were in need. Diane is survived by her husband, Lawrence Powell; and her sons, Jacob Haza and Nicholas Powell. She is also survived by her grandfather, Smith Allard of Conway; her parents, Sally Allard of Conway and John Allard of Barrington; her brothers David Allard of North Pole, Alaska, Charles Allard of Middleton, Donald Allard of Franklin and Daniel Allard of Salisbury; stepbrothers Ronald MacGown of Rochester, Donald MacGown of Murrieta, Calif., and Darren MacGown of Redlands, Calif.; stepsister Teresa Routhier of Moscow, Maine; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Praise Assembly of God Church, 180 School St. in Tilton.
