Ethel E. Parmelee

Ethel E. Parmelee, 94, of Manchester died on November 6, 2002 at Courville at Manchester after a period of declining health. Mrs. Parmelee was born on October 10, 1908 in Staten Island, New York. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Avis (Kerner) Soper. She enjoyed working and spent many years in the retail business in New York. She was the widow of Carlton Parmelee who died in 1962. Family members include; one son, Roger Parmelee of Manchester; and two grandsons. She was predeceased by a son, Bruce Parmelee. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the charity of one's choice.
