Francis “Frank” Joseph Robey, 78, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Portsmouth, NH.
Born on March 15, 1946 in Lowell, MA, he is the son of the late Edmund and Laura Robey. Raised and educated in Lowell, Frank was a graduate of the Lowell Public Schools.
Frank proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps from the mid 1960’s to the mid 1970’s. Following his military service, he worked in the HVAC field at Lowell Sheet Metal then at J&J Heating and AC until his retirement.
Frank loved reading, being outside, playing computer games, and spending time with his pets. What he was most proud of were his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He cherished time spent with them, especially on trips to Disney and going on Disney Cruises.
Frank is survived by his two sons, Eric Robey and his wife Tricia of Merrimack, NH and their two children, Eric “Rob” Robey of Manchester, NH and Ariel Luszcz and her husband Sam of FL, and Shawn Robey and his wife Cindi of Chattanooga, TN and their five children, Wren Morrow and Rue Robey of Seattle WA, Crystal Fish and her husband Andrew, David Robey, Chris Robey and his partner Byrd all of Chattanooga TN; daughter, April Golden and her husband Dennis of Hampstead, NH and their three children, Tyler Robey and his wife Kearstin of Plaistow, NH, Haley Webman and her husband Brandon of Franklin, NH, and Danika Golden of Hampstead, NH; two grandchildren of his late daughter Michelle, Crystal Golden of Brentwood, NH and Brian Golden and his wife Nycholle of Lincoln, ME; two brothers, Donald Robey and his wife Jean of Pelham, NH and Richard Robey and his wife Martha of Lowell, MA; sister, Lucille Archambault and her husband Charlie of Lowell, MA; sister-in- law, Helen Robey of Tyngsboro, MA; nine great grandchildren, Quinn, Ellie, Emma, Everett, Braylie, Ben, Zachery, Zander and one to be born in June; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his daughter, Michelle Golden; three sisters, Claire Langlois, Dorothy Archambault, and Lorraine Talbot; and brother, Roger Robey.
ARRANGEMENTS: No formal services will be held. Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Hampton.
