Frank Nelson Chessman

Frank N. Chessman, of Concord, New Hampshire passed away on May 30, 2008. Born in 1927 in Lancaster, New Hampshire; older of two sons of Frank C. Chessman and Lillian G. Chessman of Guildhall, VT. He served twenty years in the US Air Force, including assignments in Morocco (1953), Korea (1953-1957 and 1961-1963) and Turkey (1967-1969) Frank attained the rank of Technical Sergeant. He is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Soo Boon Chessman of Concord, NH; three sons, John D. Chessman of Guildhall, Vermont, Daniel J. Chessman of Clarksville, Tennessee and Philip N. Chessman of Concord, NH; one daughter, Gloria J. Schaefer of Honolulu, Hawaii; a brother, John D. Chessman of Lancaster, NH; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Mark W. Chessman and a daughter, Rose M. Chessman. As per his wishes there will be no services or calling hours. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
