Frank Mooney passed away March 1, 2020, at the age of 89. Frank was born to Libby and Thomas Mooney and was a lifelong Resident of Nashua. He was married to the late Pauline (Noel) Mooney on May 1, 1954. He worked as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Pauline (Noel) Mooney, an Infant son Patrick Mooney & Son Timothy Mooney.

Frank was a Veteran and served in the United States Army from March 1951 until February 1954. He was awarded the Army of Occupation Medal (Germany) and the National Defense Service Medal.

Frank was passionate for many things including the Nashua Historical Society, The Bottle Club and an avid collector of many things. He was especially fond of his Nashua Collection he had amassed over his lifetime.

Frank is survived by his Son Peter Mooney and his wife Kathie of Nashua, Daughter in Law Holly Mooney of Hudson, Son Chris Mooney and his wife Karen of Merrimack, Daughter Barbara Bonenfant and her Husband Carl of Nashua. Grandchildren Colleen Zizzi, Scott Mooney, Samantha Harris, Casey Mooney, Thomas Mooney, Corey Mooney, Sean Mooney, Corey Bonenfant, Justin Bonenfant, Ben Bonenfant and seven great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on March 9, 2020 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church at 777 West Hollis St. in Nashua at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will follow immediately at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Community Hospice House of Merrimack.
