Frederick W. Kirk, 75, of 65 Myrtle Street in Hillsboro died on February 18, 2002 at Hospice House after a brief bout with cancer. Mr. Kirk was born on October 30, 1926 in Newport, Vermont the son of the late Harold and Madeline (Weeks) Kirk. He was a U S Navy Veteran who served during World War II. He was an installer for New England Telephone in Concord for over 30 years. He was a past master of the Masonic Lodge in Penacook. Mr. Kirk enjoyed playing the trombone and other musical instruments and was quite a pianist. Family members include; his wife of 52 years, Adele (Bailey) Kirk; two sons, Jeffery Kirk of Concord and Michael Kirk of Tampa, Florida; one daughter Heidi Lessard of Concord; seven grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. A private memorial service and interment will take place in the spring at the convenience of the family.
