Gary Lee Post

Gary L. Post, 72, a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on March 23, 2020 at home surrounded by his family after suffering from a lengthy battle with cancer. He was the husband of Nancy (Lefebvre) Post who he married on July 21, 1972.

Gary was born in Nashua on December 14, 1947 and was the son of the late Medville and Lucille (Gauthier) Post. He attended Nashua schools and lived most of his life in Merrimack before moving to Farmington after retiring. Gary worked for the United States Post Office as a rural carrier

He loved socializing with friends, hunting (where he mostly slept), fishing, singing karaoke and riding his motorcycle with his son and friends. Seems like no matter where in New England he went he knew somebody.

He is survived by his three children, Jeffrey L. Post and his wife, Christine of Goffstown, Matthew Post and his wife, Catherine of Milford, and Seleena A. Post and her partner, Joey Driscoll of Debary, FL; eight grandchildren, Dustin, Taylor, Trevor, Jordan, Nate, Joshua, Alyssa and Kaylee; one sister, Donna Boudreau and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also predeceased by his son, Jason Post and daughter, Leeann Post.

A Celebration of Life for Gary will be held later. He is free as a bird now…Rest in Peace.
