George H. Duprez

George Henry Duprez Jr. passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH. Born in Newton, MA on October 5, 1934, he was son of the late George H. Duprez Sr. And A. Lillian . (Marchioni) Duprez. He was married to Lorraine Jean (Mederios) Duprez.

George was a graduate of Newton North High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force at age 19 and proudly served for four years as an aircraft mechanic. Upon return to civilian life, he worked for Polaroid, did construction, and worked for Automatic Laundry, working in repair and maintenance for many years until his retirement. George loved working with his hands and building things. He also enjoyed listening to music and mowing the lawn.

George leaves behind his third wife, Lorraine J. Duprez; his biological sons, Ricky and Robbie Duprez; his sons by marriage, James Logan, Eric Moberg, and Addison DeMoura; his daughters by marriage, Kathy Logan, Kelly Bento, Toni Duprez, Chris Moberg, and Sheila Tsitouris; his cousins, Joanne Pellegrini Smith and Wayne Duprez; his Aunt Esta Marchioni; as well as 18 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, George was predeceased by his son, Randy Duprez in 2007.

George will be laid to rest at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery on Friday, October 25th at 1:00PM. The address is 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
