George Dussault, 69, of Epsom died September 19, 2003 at Hospice House in Concord following a lengthy battle with leukemia. Mr. Dussault was born on July 2, 1934 in Franklin, NH the son of the late George and Ina P. (Joyal) Dussault. He was a U S Air force veteran and was a former member of the Elks Club in Franklin, NH. He was employed by Fireye in Derry where he was tool and die maker for over 15 years. When he retired in 1999 he and his wife traveled frequently. They enjoyed going to Europe and began spending winters in Myrtle Beach, SC where George could play his daily round of golf. Besides being an avid golfer, he was also an avid hiker, hiking all of the 4000 footers in NH, Maine and Vermont. He was a well respected hiker and leader for the Appalachian Mountain Club. Family members include; his wife of 48 years, Claudette (Arseneault) Dussault; one daughter, Nadine Girard of Manchester; two brothers, Clarence Dussault of Franklin and Peter Dussault of Lebanon; one sister Adrienne Cote of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 27th at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church in Suncook. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Hospice House in Concord or to the Leukemia Society.
