Geraldine Kershaw of Nashua died Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack. Mrs. Kershaw was born on July 16, 1935 in New London Conn., the daughter of the late Jerry and Julia (Ustic) Salvin. She was a longtime resident of Nashua. She was the wife of Joseph Kershaw, to whom she was married for 45 years. Mrs. Kershaw was a graduate of Framingham State College. She received her Master's degree in biology from Rivier College. After becoming a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator, she had a private practice in Nashua for many years. Mrs. Kershaw's interest were varied. She participated in many golf and curling leagues as a member of Nashua Country Club. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed many hobbies. She was a frequent volunteer for local charitable causes. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Besides her husband, survivors include a son, Benjamin Kershaw of Lexington, Ma., a daughter and son-in-law Sandra and Scott Comstock of Amherst and two grandchildren, Meagan and Matthew Comstock. Services will be private.
