Gerard Robert Lavallee age 66 died on Wednesday, December 27th after a long battle with cancer at Concord Hospital, Concord, NH. He was born on January 22, 1957 in Manchester, NH, son of Gerard Lavallee and Jeannette (Brouillard) Lavallee. He was the husband of Kathleen Lavallee, they were married on January 15th, 2010 in Boscawen, NH.

He attended Trinity High School in Manchester, NH. Then enlisted and served in the Navy for 20 years. He received his associates degree at NHTI in engineering. He worked at Walmart as a maintenance engineer. He enjoyed watching the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings films, spending time on his computer. Watching his New England sports teams and cooking for his family, specifically his chimichangas.

He was predeceased by father, Gerard Lavallee; mother, Jeannette Lavallee; and brother, Joseph Lavallee.

He is survived by his wife Kathleen Lavallee; son, Brian Lavallee; daughter, Elizabeth Lavallee; step sons, William Ketchum, Jeremy Ketchum, and James Ketchum; many loved grand kids, Elisha, Trever, Brian Jr, Emma, Nicoli, Chance, Isabella, Aria, Eli, Ean, Tatum, William, James; and several great grand kids; Sisters, Judith Lavallee, Janice Lavallee, and Jacqueline Drouse; and many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Mount Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in Manchester, NH. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Eagles in Concord, NH starting at 1:30pm. Family and friends are invited to attend. Those who wish may make a memorial contribution to cancer society or homeless veterans.
