Gerda M. Moody

Gerda M. Moody, 82, of Manchester, died Sunday, August 17, 2003 at the Laurel Center in Bedford following a brief illness. Mrs. Moody was born on June 8, 1921 in Magdeburg, Germany, the daughter of the late Karl and Frieda (Suhr) Wackerhagen. She had been a resident of New Hampshire since 1949. She had worked at Sanders Associates as a clerk for 18 years. Family members include; her husband of 55 years, William H. Moody; one daughter, Barbara Maturo of Hampton; and two grandchildren. A Memorial Reception will be held on Wednesday, August 20th from 9:00 until 10:00 AM with a Memorial Service at 10:00 AM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire Chapel, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Interment will be at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery in Boscawen.
