Gertrude A. Davy

Gertrude Davy passed on June 14, 2017 at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH. She formerly was a long time resident of North Bennington, NH
She was born in Peterborough, NH on July 25, 1918, the daughter of Louis F. Tacy and Emagine (Parker) Tacy. Gertrude was predeceased by her husband John H Davy, her six brothers, Charles Varnum, George Varnum, Edward Tacy, Winfred Tacy, Leo Tacy, Oliver Tacy and her sister Elizabeth (Tacy) Codman.
Gertrude is survived by her son John L Davy and his wife Sandhy of Hancock and her daughter Rose (Davy) Wilson and her husband Wayne of Deering.
Gertrude had six grandchildren, Linda (Wilson) Goyette and her husband Paul of Deering, NH, Susan (Wilson) Faulk and her husband Robert of Prattville, Alabama, Wayne Wilson Jr. and his wife Cathy of Tallahassee, Fl, Her granddaughter Judy LeBlanc (Wilson) of Deering, NH, her grandson Dennis Wilson and his wife Jonnie of Ramona, Ca., her granddaughter Lisa (Davy) Borges and her husband Chris of Sharon, NH.
She had numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In her life she loved spending time with family, enjoyed cooking for them, loved vegetable and flower gardens, playing Bingo. Gertrude spent many hours crocheting and took joy in giving her handicrafts to her friends and family.
