Ghislain B. St. Pierre, 67, died Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the home of his son in Hudson NH, following a period of declining health.
He was born in Lejeune, Quebec the youngest son of the late Leopold and Germaine (Beauseigle) St. Pierre and moved to the United States at 13 years old. A hardworking carpenter by trade, he worked throughout the Boston area. He fondly reminisced about helping to build the John Hancock building, the World Trade Center, the Prudential Center, and International Place among many other buildings.
In retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his cat Bébé, traveling to Canada with his daughter Kayla, and reading novels by James Patterson and Paul Doiron. Music brought him great joy, especially heavy metal. He will be warmly remembered by family and friends as a kind and caring person.
He is predeceased by his wife, Karen (Chiaramida) St. Pierre. He is survived by his four children Kayla St. Pierre of North Reading, MA, Christian St. Pierre of Hudson, NH, Jesse St. Pierre and wife Samantha of Hudson NH, and Bridget Diaz and husband Allan Diaz of Lowell, MA. In addition he is survived by his grandchildren Joey and Sophia, his sister Ghislaine Dumont, and brothers Jean Claude St. Pierre, Jean Paul St. Pierre and Alcide St. Pierre.
No formal services will be held at this time. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
