Gilbert E. French

Gilbert ''Gil'' E. French, 47, of 430 Wentworth Road in Brookfield died Sunday, September 15, 2002 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro after a lengthy illness. Mr. French was born on July 7, 1955 in Exeter, NH son of the late Stanley and Ruth (Rye) French. He was a self employed carpenter for over 20 years. Family members include; his wife, Lynn (Arnold) French; three sons, Joseph Wilbur of Ossipee, Nicholas French and Benjamin French both of Brookfield; two grandchildren, Joey and Kiara Wilbur both of Ossipee; four sisters, Roberta Stevens of Nottingham, Dorothy Rowe of Stratham, Marilyn Graf of Bow and Nancy Saltmarsh of Wolfeboro; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Service will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the French Children Fund, c/o Citizens Bank Trust, Post Office Box 569, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
