Glenn A. Duquette, age 71, passed away in his home in Northfield, NH on June 6, 2021.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Robin Duquette (Weeks), their two children, Beau and Justin Duquette, seven grandchildren; Taylor Duquette, Davis Duquette, Jared Duquette, Michael Duquette, Sadie Duquette, Riley Duquette and Jedidiah Duquette, five great-grandchildren; Declan, Cyrus, Maelynn, Rhett and Kasey, two brothers; Michael Duquette and Jon Duquette and his sister, Denise Sargent and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Glenn was predeceased by his parents, Wendall (Bud) and Shirley Duquette (Ford), his oldest brother, Robert Duquette and his nephew, Shane Duquette.
Glenn was born in Concord, NH on October 13, 1949 to Wendall (Bud) Duquette and Shirley Duquette (Ford). He graduated from Concord High School in 1968 and went on to serve 8 years in the United States Air Force. Glenn was very proud to be a veteran and to have had the opportunity to serve his country. On May 27, 1978 he married his wife, Robin Duquette (Weeks) and they spent the rest of his life together and had many adventures.
Glenn spent most of his early years with his wife and two sons being a part of the Light of the World Camp in Wilmot, NH, a camp for children. He enjoyed this time of his life greatly and often spoke of these days throughout his life. Glenn’s passions included riding his motorcycle, camping, fishing and playing horseshoes, but his greatest pleasure and passion was spending time with his family.
Glenn always had a smile on his face and loved to tell jokes, or do anything to make people laugh and smile. He was very outgoing and sociable and had many friends. He was memorable and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him or spending time with him.
Glenn was laid to rest in the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH on June 15, 2021, Flying High, Riding Hard and Forever Free!
