H.S. Prabhakar, 83, Stratham, NH, passed away on August 19, 2026 in Rye, NH. He was born on May 14, 1943 in Bangalore, India.

For 50 years, H.S. served as a Nuclear Engineer in New Hampshire and later as an electrical engineering consultant for civil projects in Massachusetts. H.S. built a life anchored in strong work ethic, honesty, compassion, and enduring values sustained by his family.

He is survived by his wife, Tara Prabhakar, his daughters Priti Prabhakar and Priya Prabhakar, and granddaughter, Kiara.

He leaves behind a legacy his family will carry forward: To live each day with joy and peace. H.S. instilled in his family the deep-rooted values of hard work, caring for family, and seeing the big picture in life. H.S. had a penchant for being the comedian in the family, always cracking a joke to create a jovial atmosphere with friends and family.

Services were held on August 22, 2026 at the Cremation Society of NH, Manchester, NH.
