Herbert Harvey

Herbert A. Harvey Jr. of Epping, NH, passed away peacefully at home on February 12, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer with his loved ones by his side. 
 
He was born June 11, 1947, in Bangor, ME, to Herbert A. Harvey and Lillian Fern Harvey (Bunker). Herb graduated Thayer High School in Winchester, NH, Class of 1965. An honorably discharged veteran, Herb proudly served 24 years in the U.S. Army and National Guard. 
 
Herb is survived by his loving wife, Heather Lee Harvey; his four children, Timothy Harvey and wife Patti of Phoenix, AZ, James Harvey and wife Robyn of Dothan, AL, Jonathan Harvey and wife Meagan of Winchester, NH, and April Harvey–Lee and husband Jay of Princeton, MA; his sister, Pamela L. Harvey of Brunswick, ME; grandchildren, Kristy, Richard, Emma, Hannah, Rhyan, Tyler, Taiya, McKenzie and Sophia; great grandchildren, Connor, Peyton, Jaxton, Elias, Zaleigh and Addilyn; nieces, Bobbi-Jo Clough and Kimberly Clough. He was predeceased by his parents in 2007, and his sister, Marielaina Martel in 2020. 
 
He will be missed by all that knew him. Herb had an infectious smile and wonderful sense of humor. He was upbeat and found the good in every situation.

ARRANGEMENTS: Services will be held at a later date. His final resting place will be at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH. Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Manchester.
