Herbert C. Stanley

Herbert C. Stanley, born on June 15, 1948, passed away on January 20, 2025, at Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. He was the son of Herbert Stanley and Carmelita (Clark) Stanley. On July 29, 1967, Herbert married the love of his life, Brenda Stanley, in Pittsfield, New Hampshire. Together they shared over 57 years of marriage filled with love and cherished memories. 

Herbert proudly served his country in the United States Army for over 20 years. Following his honorable retirement from military service, he worked as a handyman alongside his brother Dan Stanley, and at G. Ray Colby & Sons in roofing. In his leisure time, Herbert enjoyed attending NASCAR races, jet car events, and Boston Bruins games. These outings brought him great joy and reflected his passion for sports and adventure. 

He is survived by his devoted wife, Brenda Stanley; his son Herbie Stanley and Herbie's partner Tabitha Rasnic; his daughter Lisa Collins and her husband Moe Collins; and his beloved granddaughter Sophia Collins. He also leaves behind his brother Dan Stanley and sister-in-law Cece Stanley, as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family who will miss him dearly.
