Hollis J. Smith

Hollis J. Smith, Jr., 61, of Tamworth died suddenly at his home on February 17, 2005. He was born on November 28, 1943 in Norwood, MA the son of the late Hollis Smith Sr. and Dorothy (Stowers) Smith. He worked for Brian Lagasse Trucking in Groton, Ma. He loved the mountains and traveling and enjoyed the beautiful scenic views. He was a loving husband and enjoyed spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. He leaves behind; his mother Dorothy (Stowers) Smith of Groton, MA; his wife of 15 years, Linda (Bell) Smith of Tamworth NH; a sister, Patricia Smith and her husband Jarrad of Indiana; his daughter, Susan Smith of Westford, MA; two step daughters, Christine Moore and her husband, Timothy of Tamworth NH and Tracy Kitner and her husband, Matthew of Westford, MA; a step son David Morton and his wife, Bethanne of Fitchburg MA; 3 granddaughters, Kayla, Natasha, and Jillian; and 2 grandsons Andrew and Timothy Jr. He will be loved and missed by all that knew him.
