Born in Manchester, NH on November 25,1994 to Anthony J. Whorf and Jennifer M. (Rayno) Dimario of Manchester, NH. He is pre-deceased by his Maternal Grandfather Gerald Cameron & his Mothers’ Significant other John M. Silveria.

He attended Chester Academy & then Pinkerton High School in Derry, NH, through the 12th grade. During these years his love of football was established. After High school he worked at many retail jobs, lastly at Savers as a CDC Ambassador.

He had a love of making people laugh since childhood he could tell a story & have the whole room laughing. His laugh was infectious & what many remember most about him. He enjoyed listening to “Gansta" Rap & playing Video games, but mostly he loved being around his brothers & friends. Even though Jacob was the middle Brother he ran the show like he was the oldest.
