Jacquelyn I. Richardson

Jacquelyn (Jackie) Iris Richardson died of cancer on Monday August 18, 2008. She was born to Harold and Sadie DeLong, Nov. 6, 1924 in West Stewartstown NH. She resided in Colebrook NH until eventually relocating to Laconia NH in 1990 to be nearer to her children and grandchildren. Jackie was well known by the Colebrook community as someone who worked hard and was successful in what she did. During her years in Laconia, she became actively involved in the Adopt-A-Grandparent Service and other volunteer programs. For several years she was employed by the US Department of Agriculture where she received several merit awards for a job well done. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one son, Harold Cass who died in 1969. Jackie is survived by two children: Earland Cass, of Phoenix AZ and Peter Richardson, of Manchester NH; seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. IN HER LIFE: She is also survived by her daughters-in-law, Judy Larrivee, of Belmont NH and Amber Curtis of Manchester NH. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Sheridan DeLong, Earland DeLong, Dean DeLong, Claudia Gadwah, and Phyllis Cox. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110.
