James R. Gardner, Sr., 51, of Nashua died peacefully on December 2, 2005 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack. Jim was born on May 11, 1954 in Nashua the son of Rudolph Gardner and the late Carol (Garneau Gardner) Savage. He was a sports enthusiast who endlessly cheered for the New England Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox. He was employed at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center for the past 11 years and was most recently the second shift supervisor for environmental services. Jim was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed dearly by his family, friends and coworkers. Family members include; his wife, Sheila (Greenlee) Gardner; one stepson, Jason Benson of Nashua; two stepdaughters, Samantha Benson and Karrie Benson both of Nashua; his father of Nashua; a granddaughter, Aaliyah Benson; and a half brother, Ronald of Florida. There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, December 12th from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the American Legion, 11 Court Street in Nashua.
