James N. Morrill, 58, of died March 30, 2001 at his home in Campton, NH. He was born in Waterbury, CT November 14, 1942, the son of Henry Warner Morrill and Audrey Margaret (Shea) Morrill. He grew up in Campton, New Hampshire. He attended Plymouth High School and enlisted in the U. S. Army in June of 1961 and served with the 2nd Infantry Division for three years. He was employed by the Rochester Shoe Tree Co. for seventeen years and most recently worked for Freudenberg-NOK in Ashland, NH, as a machine operator, prior to his illness. Mr. Morrill was an avid automobile enthusiast and a frequent competitor at the New England Dragway in Epping New Hampshire with his Olds 455. He enjoyed trout fishing and was a Civil War collector. The family includes his mother, Audrey Morrill of St. Johnsbury, VT, two sisters, Elaine Morrill of Elora, Tenn. and Janet Sargent of Meredith, NH his aunt Reta A. Shea of Campton, NH and a niece, Julie A. Moulton of Bristol, R.I. A memorial service is planned for July 15, 2001, at the New England Dragway in Epping New Hampshire.
