James R. Phelan

On Thursday, July 7, 2022, James R. Phelan, of Manchester, NH, passed away at the age of 64. Jim was born on September 10, 1957 in Bronx, NY and in 1981 received his Associates in Science from Gulf Coast Community College. A man of many talents, Jim was a proud Marine and advocate of his faith.

Jim was preceded in death by his father, Jon Phelan, and his sister, Mary Phelan.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Phelan, his 4 children, 10 grandchildren and long-time girlfriend, Renee Cordeau. He was most proud of his role as Papa Jim to his many grandkids. 

A wake will be held on Sunday, July 24th, 2022 in Manchester, NH. Please call the funeral home for details. Interment will take place in The New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery in Boscawen, NH privately.
