James P. Sachetti

James (Jim) Sachetti of North Conway passed away peacefully on November 19,2017 at the age of 73. Jim grew up in Lexington,MA,lived in Waltham,MA for many years, later moving to Hudson, MA and then retiring in 2000 to North Conway, NH. Jim was a simple man who loved his family and sports. He followed all the Boston teams and was particularly fond of the New England Patriots. He was also very proud of his many years of service to Middlesex County Hospital as a groundskeeper.He could,and would,tell you how to cut a lawn or remove snow because you were always doing it incorrectly according to his standards.



Jim was married to Joanne (White) Sachetti for many years until her death in 1994 and was Dad to his stepchildren,Marsha Gleason of Massachusetts,Sandra Schwartz of Virginia,and the late Paula Ferrara of Massachusetts. He is survived by 9 grandchildren and 1great grandchild. He is also survived by his sister-in-law,Pauline Johnson of North Conway, and his nieces and nephews,Ann Marie Sachetti of California and Kathleen,John,Joan, Donna and Robert Sachetti and Patricia Sheridan, all of Massachusetts. He was predeceased in death by his parents,John Sachetti and Katherine (Flaherty) Sachetti and 2 brothers,John A. Sachetti and Robert Sachetti.



The family would like to thank the staff at Northern Human Services and the Visiting Nurse and Hospice of Carroll County for all their support of Jim over many years. There will be no calling hours. Jim will be interred in a private service in Massachusetts with his wife,Joanne.
