James Albert Winslow

James Albert Winslow, 90, died Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the Lafayette Center in Franconia, NH. He was born on January 16, 1933, in Manchester, NH, the son of Edward and Eleanor (Smith) Winslow.

He was the husband of Cynthia June (Gilman) Winslow. They were married January 1, 1956, in Manchester, NH. James was a 1950 graduate of Manchester West High School. He was a Korean Veteran and served in the Marine Corps from 1951-1954. He graduated from St. Anselm College in 1960. He was employed in the hospitality and manufacturing industries until retiring in 1998.

He was predeceased by his daughter Lisa Winslow Kallgren in 2017.

He is survived by his sons, Matthew Winslow and wife Mary of Newbury, NH and Christopher Winslow and wife Margaret of Sandy Springs, GA, and daughter, Lauren Winslow Kearns and husband Robert of Browns Summit, NC; son-in-law, Brian Kallgren of Burnham, ME, his grandchildren, Zachary Winslow and wife Caren of Atlanta, GA, Hannah Winslow and partner Nick Morgan of NYC, NY, Abigail Rickards and husband Will of Sleepy Hollow, NY, Christopher Winslow of Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth Winslow and partner Hunter Kent of Atlanta, GA, Bartholomew Kallgren of Fairfield, CT, Rebekah Kallgren-Bakos and her wife Chelsea Kallgren-Bakos of Sharon, VT; and great-granddaughter, Remi Rickards of Sleepy Hollow, NY.
