Janet Cate

On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the age of 61, Janet Cate of Loudon, NH, passed away after a short battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Douglas Cate, and their three children Douglas Cate Jr of Winterville, NC, Jamie Jones of Ringwood, NJ, and Derek Cate of Auburn, NH. She is also dearly missed by their respective spouses, Jessica, Eric, and Nicole, six grandchildren, and her black lab Charlie. Janet worked for the Concord Hospital network for 30 years and loved spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, crafting, and outdoors. Her family will miss her smile, laugh, hugs, and love.

SERVICES:  Family and friends are invited to attend memorial visitation at the Cremation Society of NH, 172 King Street in Boscawen on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 2-3pm, a memorial service will immediately follow, starting at 3pm.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
